How it works

Booked in a few minutes

Choose a treatment, tell us where you are, pick a time and book. We charge you only after we confirm your therapist, who arrives with everything needed.

    Pick a massage or a 120-minute package.

  2. Set your location

    Hotel room, villa, condo or home anywhere in our service zones.

  3. Pick date & time

    Daily 10:00–23:30 (last start time). Book at least 3 hours ahead.

  4. We confirm, then you pay

    Your card is held, not charged, until we confirm your therapist. Thai bank apps can pay by PromptPay QR.

Every therapist brings a massage mat, fresh linen, oils, and a JAMAR towel set. Prices are per person.

Where we travel

Distance is measured from the Three Kings Monument in the Old City. Your zone is set automatically when you pin your location in the booking form. The travel fee is charged per therapist.

Terms & policies

Booking terms

Please read before booking. By booking you agree to these terms.

Booking & payment

  • Book at least 3 hours ahead. Sessions can start between 10:00 and 23:30 daily.
  • You pay the full price online. Nothing is charged until we confirm a therapist for your time.
  • Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay: we place a temporary hold on your card when you book and charge it only when we confirm. If we can't confirm, the hold is released.
  • PromptPay QR: after we confirm, your booking page shows a PromptPay QR code and we email you the link. Pay with any Thai bank app and upload your transfer slip. Please pay within 60 minutes to keep your booking.
  • You receive an email when we receive your booking and again when it is confirmed.
  • All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) per person. The travel fee is charged per therapist by distance from the Three Kings Monument: free up to 5 km, 150 THB up to 10 km, 250 THB up to 15 km, 350 THB up to 20 km. Over 20 km is quoted before booking.

Cancellation & refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 6 hours before your appointment. You get a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 6 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, are not refunded.
  • You can reschedule once for free up to 6 hours before, subject to availability.
  • If we cannot provide a therapist at your requested time, you are not charged.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear.
  • To cancel or change a booking, message us on WhatsApp with your booking reference.

Your session

  • Our services are professional wellness massage and spa treatments only. No other services are offered.
  • Please prepare a quiet space of about 2 × 2 m. Shower before oil massage and body scrub if possible.
  • Tell us about injuries, pregnancy, allergies or health conditions before the session.
  • Your therapist may end the session without refund if a guest behaves inappropriately or the environment is unsafe.
  • If your therapist is delayed by more than 15 minutes, we will contact you and you may cancel with a full refund.

Privacy

  • We collect your name, phone number, email, location and booking details only to provide and confirm your booking.
  • Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. PromptPay slips are checked with a slip verification service and kept only as a payment record.
  • We do not sell or share your information for marketing. Your location is shared only with your assigned therapist.
  • To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, contact us at restoncall.cnx@gmail.com.
